Second floor A, B and E plan flooring restrictions.
16 Apr 2016
If you live in a second floor A, B, or E plan and want to install hard-surface flooring, please be sure to check your CC&Rs. The rules governing the HOA only allow for hard-surface flooring in specific locations and require that all other areas remain carpeted. Over the last several months, the HOA has received a number of concerns from lower level homeowners regarding the units over them and this has resulted in the HOA having to request that the inappropriate flooring be restored to carpet.
