Using the 'Web Portal' button on your association web site you can look up your payment history. And it's all real time! As soon as our accounting staff posts the payment, it's available for you to review. You can also change your personal information here - without the need to call our office! Have a change of mailing address? How about changing your phone numbers, email address or password? No problem. Enter it and submit it. No waiting on the phone or sending in a letter with the change. Enter it in 'Special Services' and you're done! Have a work order request that needs to be submitted? Again, just click on 'Special Services' and enter your request. If you're a board member, review all the association financial statements, aging reports and bank accounts - again, by simply clicking on 'Special Services'. It's all easy and simple to use.
