Uneven sidewalks are the responsibility of the abutting owner to repair and/or replace. This information is from the City of Olympia; Community Planning Department. City code requires a property owner to repair the sidewalk adjacent to their property. See Olympia Municipal Code 12.36.010. Please do not forget to complete an ARC Application, as required by the HOA
