If you are planning on making any modifications to the exterior of your home, or make changes or improvements to any landscaping visible from the street, then you will need to submit an application to your Association’s ACC Chair for review and approval before beginning your project.
Project applications can be found by clicking the documents tab above. You can either deliver your completed application to our management company’s office located at 8290 – 28th Ct NE, Ste C, Lacey, WA 98516 or email a copy to ACC@vantagecommunities.net.
Please make sure to include all relevant diagrams, architectural documentation, stain/paint samples etc. so that your application can be processed smoothly. If all documents are not provided, your application may be rejected.
