Parking Violations

Whom to contact regarding issues with street parking, blocking mailboxes, and sidewalk access.

Please be reminded that in accordance with Section 11.1(e) of the CC&Rs; "No vehicles are permitted to park on the streets within the property for a period exceeding 24 hours..." "Only the cars of guests and visitors may be parked on the streets"

For excessive violations please contact the Thurston County Non-Emergency Dispatch Line at 360-704-2740. They will need the manufacturer, model, and license plate number of the vehicle, as well as its location. Police will inspect and put a 24-48 hour notice on the vehicle, and then tow if needed.
